肺炎患儿血清酶改变的分析

目的 观察肺炎患儿的9种常见血清酶的改变及其临床意义。方法 检测肺炎组80例患儿及对照组80例体检正常儿童的血清相关酶活性。结果 AST、GGT、LD、CK、CK—MB、HBDH升高有显著性意义（P〈0．01），显示与正常对照组比较有明显差异，而ALT、ALP、LD。升高无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论 肺炎患儿存在不同程度的脏器损伤，但主要以心肌损伤为主，故应对心肌进行保护性治疗。

Analysis of the Changes of 9 serum Enzymes and Exploring Their Clinical Significance in Children with Pneumonia

Objective To observe the changes of the 9 serum enzymes and explore their clinical significance in the children with pneumonia. Methods The serum enzymes of 80 children with pneumonia and 80 normal children were determined, The t test of independent samples was used to proceed the available data. Results The levels of AST, GGT, LD,CK,CK--MB, HBDH were elevated obviously, They indicated significant differences when compared with that of normal control group. Otherwise,the levels of ALT,ALP,LDI showed no significant differences. Conclusions The children with Pneumonia suffered damage of viscera to some extent,but cardiac muscle was mainly involved. Therefore,the determination of serum myocardium enzyme activity should be emphasized in the children with pneumonia.
