| 摘 要： | 通过9例胃、十二指肠血吸虫病的分析和文献复习,提出该病应与非特异性胃疾患鉴别,凡疫区的溃疡病患者均应作胃镜活检以避免不必要的外科手术治疗。综合国内73篇文献报道,其并发癌症率为42.6％(347/815)。

| Abstract: | From analysing 9 cases it is proposed that gastric and duodenical schistosomiasis should be distinguished from nonspecific gastric diseases and that all gastric patients from schistosomiasis areas should be examined with gastroscopy and biopsies to avoid unnecessary surgical operation. The carcinoma complication rate of the date of 73 articles in our country is 42.6％ (347/815). |
