| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新生儿硬肿症的治疗方法。方法:应用小剂量多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺联合治疗新生儿硬肿症31例与对照组29例比较。结果:在反应转好时间、硬肿开始消退时间及完全消退时间明显优于对照组,治疗组死亡率9.7%,对照组死亡率31%,有显著性统计学差别(P＜0.05)。结论:小剂量多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺联合治疗新生儿硬肿症有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To study the therapeutic method to the neonatal scleredema. Methods: 31 neonatal scleredemas were treated with small dosage of dopamine combinated with dobutamine, comparing with 29 control cases. Results: The initial time for turning well or for scleredema extincting is earlier than that of control cases in evidence. So does the time for scleredema extincting completely. The mortality difference between trial group and control group(9. 7% vs 31% ) is significant statistically( P < 0. 05) . Conclusions: The curative effect of small dosage of dopamine combinated with dobutamine on neonatal scleredema is favourable. |
