| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清白介素18、高敏C反应蛋白水平与冠心病临床表现及冠状动脉病变程度的关系.方法:63例冠心病患者和对照组16例,分为ACS组、SAP组和对照组. 所有入选对象均进行冠状动脉造影检查,冠心病患者分为单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组.检测所有对象血清白介素18及高敏C反应蛋白水平.结果:随着冠心病病情危险程度的升高, 白介素 18、高敏C反应蛋白水平逐渐升高,各组间差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05) ,两者水平变化经Pearson相关性检验呈正的直线相关关系,(r=0.425,P<0.05).随着冠脉病变程度的加重,两者水平变化差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:白介素18、高敏C反应蛋白水平可以作为冠心病危险性的预测因子.两者血清水平与冠状动脉病变程度无明显相关,与冠状动脉造影联合使用可以更好的评估冠心病患者的预后. |
