目前心理卫生问题已成为重大的公共卫生和社会问题,社区居民的心理卫生服务需求日益增加。本研究对社区心理卫生工作的现状及开展的必要性进行论述,对以全科医生为主力军开展社区心理卫生工作的可行性进行分析,系统归纳全科医生应掌握的心理卫生知识与技能,同时提出开展培训的措施与对策。
