| 摘 要： | 目的探讨戒烟对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床症状的影响。方法对77例目前吸烟的COPD患者进行随机分组:一组除常规治疗外给予戒烟干预(即戒烟组),一组给予常规治疗(即吸烟组)。对所有患者进行问卷调查及临床症状综合评分,至9个月观察期结束再次进行临床症状评分,并统计观察期内急性加重次数。结果戒烟组戒烟9个月后咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难等临床症状综合评分较初始值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与吸烟组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戒烟组观察期内急性加重次数较入选前9个月明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),吸烟组自身前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戒烟能够改善COPD患者咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难等临床症状,减少其急性加重次数。 |
