| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎动脉磁共振血管成像(MRA)在眩晕患者病因诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对52例疑椎-基底动脉供血不足引起的眩晕患者进行椎动脉MRA检查,并对其影像资料进行分析。结果本组52例患者中,椎动脉MRA显示正常者14例,显示异常者38例,其中管腔闭塞3例、管腔狭小13例、局限性狭窄15例,延长迂曲或折角形成7例。此外,在17例进一步行椎动脉DSA的患者中,椎动脉DSA与MRA完全吻合者为12例,完全吻合率为70.59%。结论椎动脉MRA作为一种无创检查,能显示大部分椎动脉病变,对临床诊断和治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足有较高的临床应用价值。
