| 摘 要： | Th17细胞是近几年发现的一类CD4+ T细胞亚群,与Th1、Th2细胞有着完全不同的分化机制和功能特性。其主要作用在于分泌IL-17等促炎细胞因子,在炎症性肠病免疫调节中诱发炎症反应。通过控制Th17细胞相关的细胞因子能够明显缓解炎症性肠病症状。本文就Th17细胞及其细胞因子在炎症性肠病免疫调节中的研究进展做一综述。
