| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市职业人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染现状,探讨H.pylori感染在不同性别、年龄、职业、体质指数(BM I)的职业人群中的差异。方法抽样调查重庆市6个区的机关、学校、企事业单位的职业人群,采用免疫胶体金法检测H.pylori感染情况,体格检查测定身高、体质量等指标。采用Excel表格、2χ检验及SPSS 16.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果共调查重庆市职业人群2188人,其中H.pylori感染651人,感染率为29.8%。男性H.pylori感染率为31.0%,女性为28.0%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄的职业人群H.pylori感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中50~59岁的人群H.pylori感染率最高。不同行业的职业人群H.pylori感染率(教师26.5%、公务员28.4%、公司职员33.3%、银行职员29.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同BM I的职业人群H.pylori感染率(BM I<18.5 kg/m2者31.1%,18.5 kg/m2≤BM I<24.0kg/m2者28.6...
