| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中国人群颅内动脉狭窄的血脂危险因素。方法分别以颅内动脉狭窄和脑动脉狭窄作为关键词和主题词检索,收集1990年1月—2010年7月国内公开发表的关于颅内动脉狭窄的危险因素的研究文献。应用RevMan软件进行Meta分析,分别计算狭窄组和非狭窄组的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和脂蛋白(a)〔Lp(a)〕的加权均数差(WMD)。结果纳入研究的文献共7篇,两组间合并后的WMD和95%可信区间分别为:TC(mmol/L)0.33(0.06,0.59)、TG(mmol/L)0.10(-0.01,0.21)、HDL-C(mmol/L)-0.10(-0.20,-0.01)、LDL-C(mmol/L)0.30(0.21,0.38)、ApoA(mmol/L)0.04(0.01,0.07)、ApoB(mmol/L)0.07(-0.05,0.20)、Lp(a)(mmol/L)0.05(0.02,0.08)。结论高TC、LDL-C、ApoA、Lp(a)和低HDL-C与颅内动脉狭窄相关。
