超声弹性成像在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值研究

目的探讨超声弹性成像在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对83例甲状腺肿瘤患者共95个病灶,采用常规二维超声检查,再行超声弹性成像检查,用4分法对超声弹性图进行评分。以术后病理结果为金标准评价超声弹性成像的诊断价值。结果二维超声诊断甲状腺恶性病变的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为63.8%、77.5%、70.7%,而应用弹性成像技术诊断恶性肿瘤的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为83.0%、91.7%、87.3%,用二维超声表现联合超声弹性评分诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为91.0%、94.0%、93.0%。结论超声弹性成像有助于甲状腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别,而超声弹性成像与二维图像联合可提高甲状腺恶性肿瘤诊断的准确性,具有良好的临床应用前景。

A Study of the Value of Ultrasonic Elastography Application in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Neoplasm
