直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口处理的临床研究

目的比较直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口不同处理方法的效果。方法回顾性分析了120例直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口不同处理方法,并比较了切口感染率及生存率的差异。结果 Miles术后会阴部切口不同处理方式在伴发糖尿病及高血压的患者中,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.73,P<0.05),但在肿瘤分期、会阴部切口感染率及生存率方面,差异无统计学意义(χ2分别=1.27、0.04、0.57,P均>0.05)。结论 Miles术后会阴部切口处理视术中及患者情况尽量行一期缝合,也可敞开。

Experience of perineal wound in Miles operation in patients with rectal cancer

Objective To summarize the experience of management of perineal wound of Miles operation in patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 120 cases of perineal wound of Miles operation on rectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively,the rate of perineal infection and survival were compared.Results There was significant correlation in diabetes and hypertension patients between the two wound treatment methods（χ2=6.73,P0.05）,but had no statistic differences in the rate of perineal infection and survival and tumor stage（χ2=1.27、0.04、0.57,P均0.05）.Conclusions The primary suture was the first choice in the management of perineal wound according to patient＇s condition,and can be open too.
