| 摘 要： | 目的了解药品零差率销售政策实施后,对广大社区居民看病就医带来的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方式,调查北京市城八区范畴内的社区卫生服务机构,并随机抽查前来就诊的社区居民,收集的数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2007年和2008年社区卫生服务机构的次均门急诊费用和次均门急诊药费较2006年呈明显下降的趋势;2008年的均处方费用较2007年明显减少;且随着时间的推移,选择大病去医院、小病在社区这种就医模式的社区居民比例呈递增趋势。结论随着药品零差率销售政策的开展,广大社区居民在社区卫生服务机构就诊的费用较以往明显减少,同时社区居民的就医意向也逐渐向大病去医院、小病在社区转变。 |
