重性精神疾病患者家属的心理健康状况调查分析

目的]了解重性精神疾病患者家属的心理健康状况，为重点人群精神健康促进提供指导依据。方法]选取548例住本院的重性精神疾病患者家属为研究组，550例健康人群家属为对照组，采取一般情况调查表和症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行问卷调查。结果]与对照组相比，研究组家属除强迫症状、人际敏感、偏执、敌对和精神病性因子评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）外，其躯体化、焦虑、恐怖因子及抑郁因子分较高（P〈0．05）。患者家属的文盲、准文盲（小学三年级以下）占比高达9．27％，而健康家庭家属仅O．91％。对照组大学文化程度显著高于研究组（P〈0．01）。结论]重性精神疾病患者家属心理健康问题较突出，其受教育程度相关部门和社会应予重点关注。

Analysis of the Survey on Mental Health Status of Family Members of Patients with Severe Men- tal Illness

Objective]To understand mental health status of family members of patients with severe men- tal illness in order to provide the reference for mental health promotion of intensive population. Methods] Family members of 548 patients with severe mental illness in our hospital were taken as the study group, while 550 healthy family members were taken as the control group. General situation questionnaire and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） were used for the survey. Results]There was no significant difference in the scores of obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, hostility and psychoticism factor between family members in study group and control group（ P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group, the scores of somatization, anxiety, phobia factor and depression factor in family members of the study group were higher （ P 〈0.05）. The illiterate and prospective-illiteracy（under the third grade） rates of family members of pa- tients was up to 9.27%, but that of family members of healthy people was only 0.91%. The college education level in control group was significantly higher than that in the study group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]Family members of patients with severe mental illness have serious psychological problems. The government and soci- ety should focus on their education degree.
