小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效观察

目的]观察小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法]2011年7月至2013年3月收治的100例高血压脑出血患者分为观察组（ n ＝50）和对照组（ n＝50），观察组患者采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗，对照组患者采用常规骨瓣开颅术治疗。结果]观察组的手术时间、住院时间、并发症率、疗效和预后均显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05），但是两组患者的血肿清除率和再出血率无统计学差异（P ＞0．05）。结论]小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血疗效确切，创伤小、并发症少，值得临床推广运用。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Small Bone Window Craniotomy for the Treatment of Hy-pertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of small bone window craniotomy for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .Methods]Totally 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hem-orrhage in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were divided into observation group（ n=50） and control group（ n=50） .The observation group underwent small bone window craniotomy ,while the control group un-derwent standard craniotomy .Results] The operation time ,hospitalization time ,complication rate ,curative effect and prognosis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈0 .05） ,but there was no significant difference in hematoma clearance rate and rehaemorrhagia rate between two groups（ P 〉0 .05） .Conclusion]Small bone window craniotomy for the treatment of hypertensive intracere-bral hemorrhage has definite efficacy with little trauma and complications ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
