丹栀逍遥散合左金丸对阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠学习记忆及细胞因子的影响

目的 研究丹栀逍遥散合左金丸对阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）模型小鼠学习记忆能力及细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的影响,探讨防治AD的机制.方法 选用4月龄KM小鼠80只,随机分成4组：正常组、模型组、丹左组和脑复康组,每组20只.采用D氨基半乳糖胺（D-Gal）颈背部皮下注射复制AD小鼠模型.脑复康组、丹左组小鼠经相应药物按0.04 mL/g体质量灌胃,每日1次,连续5周后,进行水迷宫试验测试行为学指标,放射免疫分析法检测小鼠海马组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量.结果 丹左组小鼠学习记忆能力增强,海马组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量降低,改善效果强于脑复康组（P＜0.01）.结论 丹栀逍遥散合左金丸能降低AD模型小鼠海马组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量,改善AD模型小鼠学习记忆能力,具有治疗AD的作用.

The Effects of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Zuojin Pills on the Ability of Learning and Memory,Inflammatory Cytokines of AD Model Mice

Objective To investigate the effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Zuojin Pills on improving the AD model of learning and memory ability of mice, and in hippocampus of mice brain IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α content.Methods The 80 mice of four months old were randomly divided into normal group, model group, piracetam group, Dan Zuo group, with 20 rats in each group. Using D-gal to subcutaneous injection to make the mold preparation AD mouse model. The operation group mice by different drugs were given by gavage for 5 weeks, the mice were put to water maze test, and Radioimmunoassay was adopted to determine the content of IL- 1β,IL-6, TNF-α in hippocampus of mice.Results Dan Zuo group can significaritly improve the AD model of learning and memory ability of mice,the differences were significantly compared with the piracetam group （P〈0.01）. I L- 1, I L-6, TNF-α： Dan Zuo group decreased I L- 1, I L-6, TNF- α,there was significant difference when compared with the piracetam group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with Zuojin Pills can enhance the ability of learn- ing and memory on AD mice and save memory, can reduce the content of AD in the hippocampus of mice model of IL-1β,1L-d,TNF-α,and has a role in the treatment of AD.
