综合护理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效及心理状态影响

【目的】探讨综合护理干预措施对冠心病心绞痛患者的生活质量与心理状态的影响。【方法】将本院2011年3月至2013年3月收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组60例患者采用综合护理干预措施，而对照组60例患者采取常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。【结果】护理后，观察组患者的总有效率为96．67％，明显高于对照组患者，组间差异具有明显统计学意义（ P ＜0．05），观察组患者的生活质量各因子评分及心理状态SAS、SDS评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，组间差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】综合护理干预措施对冠心病心绞痛患者具有显著的效果，有利于改善患者的生活质量和负性情绪，有利于患者的预后恢复。

Analysis of the Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

Objective] To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and psychological status in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris .Methods]Totally 120 pa-tients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The observation group（ n=60） received compre-hensive nursing intervention ,while the control group（ n =60） received conventional nursing measures .The nursing outcomes were compared between two groups .Results] After the nursing care ,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96 .67% ,which was obviously higher than that of control group ,and there was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0 .05） .Compared with control group ,each factor scores in quality of life and SAS and SDS scores of mental state in observation group were improved obviously ,and there was significant difference（ P〈0 .05） .Conclusion]Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cor-onary heart disease and angina pectoris has a significant efficacy ,and is helpful to improve the quality of life and relieve negative emotions of patients ,and benefit for the prognosis and recovery of patients .Therefore it is worthy of clinical application .
