超敏C反应蛋白在痛风性关节炎诊疗中的价值

目的 探索超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）检测在痛风性关节炎诊疗中的应用价值.方法 选择确诊为痛风性关节炎的60例患者作为观察组,按1：1比例随机抽取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,采空腹肘静脉血,应用免疫散射比浊法测定两组血清中hs-CRP的浓度,同时进行白细胞（WBC）、尿酸（UA）及红细胞沉降率（ESR）的检测.结果 痛风性关节炎患者与健康体检者相比较,hs-CRP、WBC、UA及ESR均明显增高（P＜0.01）;且痛风性关节炎急性发作期hs-CRP较间歇期明显增高（P＜0.01）;痛风性关节炎患者接受治疗1周后,其hs-CRP显著下降（P＜0.01）.结论 血清中hs-CRP可用于痛风性关节炎的诊断、治疗效果的监测及预后评估.

The Application of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

Objective To explore the application of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in the diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods 60 patients diagnosed as gouty arthritis was used observation group, while 60 cases diagnosed not with gouty arthritis were randomly selected by a 1 ： 1 ratio over the same period in the hospital as a control group.Then fasting venous blood was collected, turbidity levels of serum concentrations of hs-CRP was determined by immuno scattering ratio, while leukocyte （WBC）, uric acid （UA） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） were detected.Remits Compared with those of healthy subjects, hs-CRP, WBC, UA and ESR of Gouty arthritis patients were significantly higher （P〈0.01）.hs-CRP during acute exacerbation of gouty arthritis was significantly higher （P〈0.01） than that during intermit- tent period.And hs-CRP of gouty arthritis patients decreased significantly one week after treatment （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Serum hs-CRP can be used for diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of treatment of gouty arthritis.
