产后母婴早接触、早吸吮对产妇初乳分泌及新生儿并发症的影响

【目的】分析产后母婴早接触、早吸吮产妇初乳分泌及新生儿并发症的影响。【方法】选取本院2012年1月至2012年6月收治的150例产妇作为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各75例，观察组产后采取母婴早接触、早吸吮，对照组产后仅采用传统的哺乳方式，比较两种处理方法对产妇初乳分泌及新生儿并发症等的影响。【结果】观察组产后胎盘娩出时间、产后出血量、乳房充盈时间均明显低于对照组，两组产妇的产程末的一般情况的差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组产后初乳48h内分泌的例数明显多于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；观察组新生儿腹泻、呼吸道感染、黄疸、湿疹的发病例数均显著少于对照组相应发病例数，且两组患病情况的差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】产后采取母婴早接触、早吸吮能明显降低产妇产后并发症的发病率，改善新生儿健康状况，有利于母婴间情感沟通，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the Efficacy of Postpartum Early Contact and Sucking Between Mother and Infant

Objective] To analyze the influence and efficacy of postpartum early contact and early sucking between mother and infant .Methods]Totally 150 parturients in our hospital from Jan .2012 to June 2012 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into observation group （ n=75） and control group（ n=75） .The observation group received postpartum early contact and early sucking between mother and infant .The control group was only given traditional feed-ing method .Clinical efficacy was compared between two treatment methods .Results] The time of postpartum placental expulsion ,postpartum hemorrhage and time of breast engorgement in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group .There was significant difference in general condition at the end of delivery between two groups （ P〈0 .05） .The number of pregnant women excreting colostrum within 48h after childbirth in the observation group was obviously more than that in the control group ,and there was significant difference （ P〈0 .05） .The number of neo-nates with diarrhea ,respiratory infection ,jaundice and eczema in the observation group was markedly less than that in the control group ,and there was significant difference in the prevalence between two groups （ P〈0 .05） .Conclusion]Post-partum early contact and early sucking between mother and infant can obviously reduce the morbidity of postpartum com-plications of pregnant women ,improve neonatal health status and is conducive to emotional communication between moth-er and child .Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion .
