血清尿酸在不同性别甲状腺功能亢进患者中的表达及意义

目的]探讨血清尿酸在不同性别的甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）中的表达及意义。方法]选择我院2011年5月至2013年6月诊断为甲亢的门诊及住院患者90例作为观察组，另选择健康者90例作为对照组。观察两组游离甲状腺三碘原氨酸（FT3）水平及血清尿酸（UA）水平。结果]观察组男性、绝经前及绝经后女性FT3水平均显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组男性、绝经后女性UA水平显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．05），两组绝经前妇女UA水平差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。观察组男性、绝经前妇女及绝经后妇女FT3水平与UA水平呈正相关（ P ＜0．05）。结论]甲亢患者 UA水平相比正常对照组明显升高，加强对患者UA水平监测，对积极预防痛风及心血管病的发生具有重要意义。

Clinical Significance of Serum Uric Acid Level in Hyperthyroidism Patients with Different Sex

Objective] To explore the clinical significance of serum uric acid level in hyperthyroidism pa- tients with different sex. Methods] Totally 90 outpatients and inpatients diagnosed as hyperthyroidism in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the observation group. And 90 healthy people were se- lected as the control group. The levels of FT3 and serum uric acid of two groups were observed. Results] FT3 levels of men, premenopausal and postmenopausal women in observation＇ group were markedly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Serum uric acid levels of men, premenopausal and postmenopausal women in observation group were markedly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in serum uric acid levels of premenopausal women between two groups（ P〉0.05）. The levels of FT3 in men, premenopausal and postmenopausal women of observation group were positively correlated with serum uric acid levels（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] Compared with control group, serum uric acid level in pa- tients with hyperthyroid is obviously increased. Strengthening the monitoring of serum uric acid level is impor- tant to actively prevent the occurrence of gout and cardiovascular disease.
