51例妊娠期糖尿病危险因素分析

【目的】探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM ）的相关危险因素。【方法】采用病例对照研究的方法，随机选择2009年12月至2010年10月于本院待产的妊娠期糖尿病患者51例（GDM组）及同期健康的孕妇203例（对照组），收集其临床资料进行单因素及多因素 logistic回归分析，探讨各因素对GDM 发病的影响。【结果】GDM组孕妇的年龄、产前体质量、产前体质量指数（BMI）、入院收缩压（SBP）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．05），多因素logistic回归分析显示孕妇年龄、SBP、TG及LDL-C是GDM 的独立高危因素。【结论】孕妇分娩时的年龄、产前体质量、产前BM I、T G、LDL-C对GDM 发病有一定影响。

Analysis of 51 Cases of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

[Objective] To explore the related risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM ） .[Meth-ods] A case-control study was used .A total of 51 predelivery patients with GDM （group GDM ） and 203 con-current healthy pregnant women（control group） in our hospital from Dec .2009 to Oct .2010 were randomly chosen .Clinical data were collected for univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis .The impact of various factors on GDM was discussed .[Results]Maternal age ,prenatal weight ,prenatal body mass index （BMI） ,systolic blood pressure（SBP） ,triglycerides（TG） and low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） in GDM group on admission were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0 .05） .Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that maternal age ,SBP ,TG and LDL were independent high risk factors for GDM .[Conclu-sion] Maternal age ,prenatal weight ,prenatal BMI ,TG and LDL-C have some effects on the incidence of GDM .
