北京市初中学生对日晒相关危害的认知和防晒行为调查

目的]调查北京市初中学生对日晒相关危害的认知和防晒措施。方法]以问卷调查形式，了解北京市部分初中学生对有关日晒引起皮肤危害、采取的防晒措施以及获得日晒危害及其防护知识的渠道。结果]共有524名学生完成问卷调查，平均年龄13．5（11～16）岁；初中学生对日晒致人体皮肤健康危害的正确认知比率：灼伤（76．3％）、晒黑（92．7％）、皮肤老化（71．6％），皮肤肿瘤（58．6％）；84．4％初中学生在进行户外活动时采取防晒措施，21．9％初中学生外用防晒化妆品；电视传媒是北京市初中学生获得日晒对皮肤危害及其防护知识的主要来源。结论]北京市初中学生对日晒引起皮肤危害的认知存在不足，应用防晒化妆品还不满意，还需加强日晒相关危害和防晒措施的宣传和教育。

Survey on the Awareness of Sunlight Exposure-related Hazard and Sunscreen Behavior among Junior High School Students in Beijing

Objective]To investigate the awareness of sunlight exposure-related hazard and sunscreen measures among junior high school students in Beijing .Methods] A questionnaire survey was carried out to understand skin hazard caused by sunlight ,sunscreen measures and the source of information about sunlight exposure-related hazard and protection knowledge among junior high school students in Beijing .Results]A total of 524 students completed the questionnaire survey .The average age was 13 .5 years old（11-16 years old） .The correct awareness rate of skin health hazards such as burn ,tanning ,skin aging and skin tumor caused by sunlight among junior high school students was 76 ..3% ,92 .7% ,71 .6% and 58 .6% ,respectively .When going in for outdoor activity ,84 .4% of junior high school students took sunscreen measures ,and 21 .9% of them used sunscreen cosmetics .TV media was the main source of information about skin hazard caused by sunlight exposure and sunscreen measures among junior high school students in Beijing .Conclusion] Junior high school students in Beijing are lack of the awareness about skin hazard caused by sunlight exposure .The use of sunscreen cosmetics is unsatisfactory .The propaganda and education of sun-light exposure-related hazard and sunscreen measures should be strengthened .
