综合治疗萎缩性胃炎合并肠上皮化生及不典型增生1688例疗效观察

目的]探讨多药综合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法]对1990年9月至2012年10月本院门诊治疗的1688例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行了研究，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅给予叶酸和维酶素，观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用调整患者的饮食习惯、定期监测根除幽门螺杆菌，根据不同症状表现选择性给予莫沙比利、康复新液、磷酸铝凝胶、维酶素、叶酸综合治疗，分析比较两组患者的临床有效率。结果]观察组治疗后临床症状评分、胃镜下评分以及组织病理分级评分与对照组治疗后临床症状评分、胃镜下评分以及组织病理分级评分比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。结论]调整患者的饮食习惯、定期监测根除幽门螺杆菌，根据患者不同症状表现选择性给予莫沙比利、康复新液、磷酸铝凝胶、维酶素、叶酸综合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Efficacy of the Combined Treatment of 166 Cases of Atrophic Gastritis with Intestinal Metaplasia and Atypical Hyperplasia

Objective] To explore clinical efficacy of multiple-drug combined treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis .Methods] Totally 1688 outpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from Sept . 1990 and Oct .2012 were studied and randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group was only given folic acid and Weimeisu .Based on the treatment of the control group ,the observation group was given by the adjustment of patients＆#39;diet habit ,regular monitoring of the eradication of helicobacter pylori ,and then selectively received the combined treatment with mosapride ,Kangfuxin liquid ,aluminum phosphate gel ,Weimeusu and folic acid according to different symptoms .Clinical efficacy was compared be-tween two groups .Results]There were significant differences in clinical symptom scores ,gastroscopy scores and histopathological grading score between the observation group and control group （ P 〈 0 .01） .Conclu-sion] Adjusting the patients＆#39;diet habit ,regularly monitoring the eradication of helicobacter pylori and selec-tively giving the combined treatment with mosapride ,Kangfuxin liquid ,aluminum phospohate gel ,Weimeusu and folic acid according to different symptoms for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has significant effi-cacy .Therefore ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
