季节性变应性鼻炎患者血清白三烯 E4及肿瘤坏死因子水平的测定及意义

【目的】探讨季节性变应性鼻炎（SAR）与血清白三烯E4（LTE4）及肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平的变化及临床意义。【方法】选择符合S A R标准的患者40例作为观察组，同时选取40例正常人作为对照组，分别在春、夏、秋、冬四个季节进行一次血清LTE4、TNF-α水平的检测。【结果】观察组血清LTE4、TNF-α水平在春、冬季较对照组均有显著增高，且两组相比较差异均有显著性（P＜0．01或 P＜0．05），而两组在夏、秋季血清LTE4、TNF-α水平相比较无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。且血清LTE4与TNF-α无明显相关性。【结论】血清LTE4、TNF-α通过参与局部炎症反应，在SAR发病过程中起到较重要的作用，在临床的预防及诊治中有较大的参考价值。

Detection and Analysis of Leukotriene E4 and Tumor Necrosis Factor of Patients with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis

Objective] To explore changes and clinical significance of leukotriene E 4（LTE4） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） in seasonal allergic rhinitis（SAR） .Methods] Totally 40 patients who met the SAR diagnosis standard were regarded as observation group ,while 40 healthy people were regarded as control group .Serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αin each season were detected .Results]Compared with control group ,serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αof observation group in spring and winter were increased significantly （LTE4：P 〈0 .05 in spring and P 〈0 .01 in winter）（TNF-α：all P 〈0 .01 in spring and winter） .There was no significant difference in serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αin summer and autumn between two groups （ P〉0 .05） .Serum LTE4 had no obvious correlation with TNF-α.Conclusion] Serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-α play an important role in the pathogenesis of SAR through local inflammatory response .They are of great reference value in clinical prevention and treatment .
