延黄妇炎清片对慢性盆腔炎大鼠血浆中TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a的影响及意义

目的 研究延黄妇炎清片对慢性盆腔炎大鼠血浆中血栓素B2（TXB2）与6-酮基-前列腺素F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）的影响,探讨延黄妇炎清片治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制.方法 SD大鼠50只随机分为假手术组、模型组、金鸡片组及延黄妇炎清片大、小剂量组.采用苯酚胶浆法复制大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,连续灌胃服药1个月后,测定各组大鼠血浆中TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1 a含量及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a值.结果 与模型组比较,延黄妇炎清片大、小剂量组中的TXB2、TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a水平较治疗前降低;6-keto-PGF1a水平较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与假手术组比较,延黄妇炎清片大、小剂量组的TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a、TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 延黄妇炎清片是通过降低TXB2水平,恢复TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a比值平衡,改善盆腔血液循环,减少炎性渗出、产生异物肉芽肿及纤维组织增生来治疗盆腔炎的.

Value of Yan Huang Fu Yan Qing Tablet on TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a in Plasma of Rats with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Objective To study the mechanism of action of the yan huang fu yan qing tablet and the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group,positive control group （golden group） and Yan huang fu yan qing tablet of big and small dose group.By using phenol mucilage,the chronic pelvic inflammation model in rats was copied,after 1 month of continuous lavage,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFla content in rat plasma and TXB2/-Keto-PGFla values in each group was determined.Results Compared with model group, Yan huang fu yan qing tablet of big and small dose group of TXB2,TXB2/6-Keto,PGFia level was reduced;the6-keto-PGFla level was higher,the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）;Compared with control group, Yan huang fu yan qing tablet for large and small dose group of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFia,TXB2/-Keto-there was no significant difference in the quality PGFia. Conclusion Through the lower levels of TXB2, Yan huang fu yan qing tablet restored TXB2/6-Keto-PGFla ratio balance,improved pelvic blood circulation, reduced inflammatory exudation and foreign body granuloma and fibrous tissue hyperplasia of the chance to treat pelvic inflammatory disease.
