睡眠综合护理干预对哮喘住院患者睡眠质量的影响

摘    要:【目的】探讨睡眠综合护理对哮喘住院患者睡眠质量的影响,以寻求有效的护理干预措施。【方法】入住本院的216例哮喘患者按入院先后时间段分为对照组与干预组,在相同治疗方案基础上,对照组( n =110)行哮喘住院患者的常规护理,干预组( n =106)在常规护理的基础上实施调整睡眠环境、养成良好的睡眠习惯、合理应用睡眠药物及心理护理等睡眠综合护理干预。入院后1~2d内及出院时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价两组患者睡眠质量。【结果】出院时干预组PSQI得分(6.87±1.27)分较入院时(9.01±1.73)分显著下降,且明显低于对照组(9.00±1.98)分,差异均有显著性(P <0.01),但对照组前后得分差异不具有统计学意义( P >0.05)。【结论】睡眠综合护理可以提高哮喘住院患者的睡眠质量。

Effect of Comprehensive Sleep Nursing Care on Sleep Quality of Inpatients with Asthma

Abstract:Objective]To explore the effect of comprehensive sleep nursing care on sleep quality of inpa-tients with asthma .Methods]According to the order of admission ,216 inpatients with asthma from Oct . 2011 to Nov .2013 were involved in this research and were divided into control group and intervention group . The control group( n =110) was given conventional nursing care ,while the intervention group( n=106) was given comprehensive sleep nursing care including changing sleep environment ,developing good sleep habits , rationally using drugs and implementing psychological care based on conventional nursing care . Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality 1~2d after admission and at the discharged day .Results]Compared with the admission ,the PSQI score in intervention group at the discharged day was markedly decreased(6 .87 ± 1 .27) vs .(9 .01 ± 1 .73)] and obviously lower than those in control group ,and there was significant difference( P〈0 .01) .There was no significant difference in PSQI score of control group between before and after nursing care( P〉0 .05) .Conclusion]Comprehensive sleep nursing care can improve the sleep quality of inpatients with asthma .
