妊娠合并急腹症患者临床特征分析

【目的】探讨妊娠合并急腹症患者的临床特征以及相关的治疗方法。【方法】选择本院2010年10月至2012年10月间进行诊治的100例妊娠合并急腹症患者，对其临床资料进行分析比较。【结果】100例妊娠合并急腹症的患者中，有44例为急性阑尾炎，占44％；24例为胆石症、急性胆囊炎，占24％；16例为泌尿系统结石，占16％；8例为急性胃肠炎，占8％；8例为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转，占8％。其中52例患者行手术治疗，占52％；48例患者行保守治疗，占48％。所有患者中有4例患者发生自然流产，4例出现早产，16例在进行手术的同时进行剖宫产手术，76例患者继续妊娠，未出现孕产妇死亡的病例。【结论】妊娠合并急腹症的患者临床症状复杂多变，容易出现误诊，临床医生应高度的重视病情，依据患者的辅助检查、临床表现及时对患者做出正确的诊断，以便制定相应的治疗措施，从而降低孕产妇的病死率。

Analysis of Clinical Features of Patients with Acute Abdomen During Pregnancy

[Objective] To explore the clinical features and treatment methods of patients with acute abdo-men during pregnancy .[Methods] Totally 100 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute abdomen in our hos-pital from Oct .2010 to Oct .2012 were selected .Clinical data were analyzed .[Results] Of 100 patients with acute abdomen during pregnancy ,44 patients were acute appendicitis （44% ） ,and 24 patients were cholelithia-sis or acute cholecystitis（24% ） ,and 16 patients were urinary tract stones （16% ） and 8 patients were acute gastroenteritis（8% ） ,and 8 patients were ovarian cyst torsion （8% ） .Among them ,52 patients underwent the operation（52% ） and 48 patients underwent conservative treatment （48% ） .Spontaneous abortion occurred in 4 patients ,and premature delivery occurred in 4 patients .Sixteen patients underwent the surgical treatment and caesarean operation concurrently ,and 76 patients continued pregnancy .No maternal death was found .[Con-clusion]Clinical symptoms of patients with acute abdomen during pregnancy are complex and changeable ,and easily misdiagnosed .The disease condition should be highly paid attention by clinicians .According to auxiliary examination and clinical manifestations ,correct diagnosis for patients should be promptly made to formulate the corresponding treatment measures in order to reduce maternal mortality .
