卡托普利和硝苯地平对高血压合并糖尿病患者心率变异性的影响

目的　对比观察高血压合并糖尿病患者应用卡托普利、硝苯地平缓释片后的心率变异性 (HRV)的变化。方法　选择病情、年龄等相匹配的高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为卡托普利组 (n =4 3)、硝苯地平缓释片组 (n =35 ) ,测定两组患者用药前及用药后 8周的 2 4h心率变异性各项指标的变化。结果　两组患者的HRV观察指标治疗后均高于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但卡托普利组在提高HRV的幅度大于硝苯地平缓释片组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　卡托普利能够使高血压合并糖尿病患者的HRV升高 ,改善自主神经功能 ,减少室性心律失常的发生率

Comparative Observation of Effects of Captopril and Nifedipine on Heart Rate Varlbility in Pationts with Hypertension and Diabets Mellitas

Objective To observe changs in heart rate varibitity (HRV) of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitas after treatment with Captopril and Nifedipine. Methods The patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitas were randomly divided into two groups :the Captopril group (n=43),the Nifedipine group (n=35) with matched conditions and age. Examined HRV before medication and 8 weeks after medication.Results HRV parameters (SDNN; SDANN; RMSSD; PNN50;LF;HF;LF/ HF) of the two groups were highter than those before medication(P<0.05)while the Captopril group highter than Nifedipine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Captopril elevated HRV of patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitas. It also improved imbalance of autonomic nervous system and decreased Ventricular arrhythmias of the patients.
