彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断良恶性乳腺肿块的价值，旨在提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析91例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块的临床资料，比较术前二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断与术后病理诊断的差异。结果二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断为乳腺癌30例中，术后病理证实28例，符合率为93．3％；超声诊断为乳腺良性肿块61例，患者术后病理证实57例，符合率为93．4％。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块应以声像图为基础，密切观察肿块的血流信号，同时结合临床病史资料，具有较高的诊断价值。

Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in breas tmasses.
