| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同方法对甲基汞提取回收率的影响,优化甲基汞的提取方法。方法:采用鱼肉甲基汞标准物质,分别用水浴振荡、超声提取和微波消解三种提取方式,分别以5 mol/L HCl、冰乙酸、25%NaOH溶液和25%四甲基氢氧化铵溶液(TMAH)提取后,经液相-原子荧光光谱联用仪(LC-HG-AFS)测定。结果:水浴、超声和微波提取获得最高回收率所需时间分别为12 h,4 h,10 min;酸和碱均可提取甲基汞,酸提取的最高回收率高于碱。结论:三种提取方法均可用于甲基汞的测定,其中微波提取时间最短。
