摘    要:目的:对HPLC法测定饮料中人工合成色素柠檬黄、日落黄时两种前处理方法进行比较。方法:分别以稀释和聚酰胺吸附处理样品,经色谱分离后对计算结果进行统计处理,对结果进行F检验和t检验。结果:经对两种前处理方法的结果进行F检验,F计
