摘    要:目的:为快速响应食物中毒、环境污染等突发公共卫生事件,建立中毒污染事件中常见农药、鼠药和其他有毒化学品的现场快速样品处理及GC-MS定性半定量检测程序。方法:用多种有机溶剂同时提取食物中毒、环境污染样品中常见农药、鼠药,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)定性半定量快速检测。结果:运用该程序,可实现食物中毒、环境污染样品中有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯、鼠药及其他有毒化学品等在到达事发现场后2~3个小时内快速检测。结论:本方法原理可靠,样品处理与检测时间周期短,覆盖毒物范围广,结果准确度高,适用于突发食物中毒、环境污染样品的现场快速检测。

Abstract:Objective:In order to response burst public health events,we have established a procedure to determine of pesticide and raticide in poisoning and contaminative events qualitatively and semiquantitatively by GC-MS.Methods:We extract target compounds with multiple organic solvents continuously,then extracts were determined by by GC-MS.Results:Using the procedure,organophosphorus pesticides,organo-chlorine pesticides,carbamate esters,pyrethroids and raticides can be determined within two or three hours.Conclus...
