| Abstract: | Objective:To study the molecular epidemiology of the isolates from shellfish and part of the dissemination of cases of diarrhea and food poisoning in Zhoushan,and find the epidemic law of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods: 50 isolates from shellfish and 18 clinical isolates were serotyped,and the virulence genes,including tdh,trh,orf8 and toxRS/new genes,were detected by PCR.Molecular typings were analysed by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD).Results: 50 shellfish isolates belong to 7 serotypes including... |
