| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕妇免疫功能变化和CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞功能变化及雌激素水平与妊娠的关系。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测30例孕妇外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例和CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞值及雌二醇的变化,并且测定20例未孕妇女外周血T细胞亚群比例和CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞值及雌二醇做对照。结果:淋巴细胞亚群比例存在明显差异,CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞值及雌二醇值明显升高。结论:孕妇免疫功能受到抑制,CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞及雌二醇在孕妇中调节免疫耐受起着重要作用。
