细胞色素c/丙三醇修饰电极的制备及其对H2O2的催化

摘    要:目的:制备细胞色素c(Cyt c)/丙三醇(GLY)修饰电极并探讨其电化学行为。方法:采用循环伏安法探讨了细胞色素c(Cyt c)/丙三醇(GLY)修饰的金电极的电化学行为。结果:细胞色素c/丙三醇修饰金电极呈现一对峰型良好的准可逆氧化还原峰,峰电流与扫描速度呈线性关系,说明该电极过程是表面控制过程。最佳pH=7.0,离子强度对修饰电极的影响不大。该修饰电极对过氧化氢具有良好的催化性能。结论:该修饰电极重现性和稳定性较好。

Abstract:Objective:To prepare cytochromes c(Cyt c) / glycerin(GLY) modified electrodes and discussed their electrochemical behavior.Methods:The direct electrochemical behavior of cytochrome c(Cyt c)/glycerin(GLY) modified Au electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV).Results:The modified electrodes appeared a pair of good peaks.The peak currents and scanning speed in a linear relationship,explained this electrode process was surface control process.Optimal pH was 7.0,and ionic strength has little impact on...
