| 摘 要： | 社会医疗保险便携性是社会保障制度的一个重要特征,对劳动力的合理流动和社会保险权益的获得有着举足轻重的作用。为了实现社会公平正义,推进城市化建设,实现社会医疗保险制度的可持续发展,必须构建科学合理的社会医疗保险机制,从社会医疗保险体制构建和制度约束上保证社会医疗保险的便携性。

| Abstract: | Portability of social medical insurance is an important character of social insurance system,which plays a vital role in realizing rational flow of labor forces and their rights to social insurance.In order to achieve social fairness and justice,promote urbanization and sustainable development of social health insurance system,scientific and reasonable social health insurance mechanisms must be developed,which can ensure the portability of social health insurance. |
