瑞芬太尼对小儿异丙酚静脉注射痛的预防作用

目的探讨瑞芬太尼减轻小儿异丙酚麻醉诱导时所引起的注射痛及其具体的实施方案。方法98例ASAⅠ级需要全身麻醉的小儿,随机分为3组:芬太尼组(F组)、瑞芬太尼组(R组)、瑞芬太尼与利多卡因混合液(RL组)。观察预注不同药物对静脉给予异丙酚后所致的小儿疼痛反应,即Ambesh评分。结果RL和R组异丙酚静脉注射痛的发生率明显低于F组,RL组混合利多卡因能够明显降低异丙酚引起的注射痛(P<0.05)。结论静脉预先给予0.5μg/kg瑞芬太尼可以明显减轻小儿由异丙酚诱导引起的注射痛,混合应用利多卡因可以进一步降低疼痛发生率。

Preventive function of remifentanil to propofol injection pain

Objective To evaluate whether remifentanil can reduce the propofol injection pain in induction period of children.MethodsNinty-eight ASA Ⅰchildren undergoing total anesthesia were allocated randomly into three groups:Fentanyl group,Remifentanil group,Remifentanil+ lidocaine group.At the time of induction,a blind observer recorded the Ambesh score and the condition of side effect.ResultsAccording to the data and Ambesh score,the satisfaction rates of the analgesia of R group and RL group were higher than those of F group.RL group can drew the better analgesia condition than R group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe preventive function of 0.5 μg/kg remifentanil before propofol can make the favorable analgesia effect,and the remifentanil combined with lidocaine can do better.
