| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提按手法复位结合中药治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效观察。方法：对2009年2月～2011年3月期间在我院接受治疗的59例小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者应用提按手法复位结合中药治疗综合治疗措施，在治疗过程中及后续恢复阶段进行随访，观察提按手法复位结合中药治疗的治疗效果及对患者今后生活的影响。结果：对这59例患者进行治疗后及后续进行随访的结果可以看出来，小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者的优良治愈率可以高达93-22％，其中，优：肘关节屈伸功能受限10°以内，肘内翻5°以内．37例：良：肘关节屈伸功能受限10°～20°，肘内翻6°～10°，18例；可：肘关节屈伸功能受限21°～30°，肘内翻11°～15°．3例：差：肘关节屈伸功能受限30°以上，肘内翻15°以上，1例。结果：提按手法复位整合结合中药治疗方法可以使小儿骨折患者免去使用切开复位内固定治疗方法，从很大程度上降低了小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者在治疗过程及恢复过程中的痛苦及有效的预防了儿童发育期骨骼的损伤，可以达到满意的治疗效果，在临床治疗有深远的意义。

Efficacy observation on treating pediatric supracondylar fractures in lift and press manual reduction and TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of lift and press manual reduction and TCM in treating pediatric supracondylar fractures. Methods： 59 cases of pediatric supracondylar fractures collected during February 2009 and March 2011 were given lift and press manual reduction and TCM treatment. The influence of the treatment to children＇s life was follow-up visited during and after the therapy. Results： The recovery rate of the treatment reached up to 93.22%. Conclusion： Lift and press manual reduction and TCM treatment was effective in treating pediatric supracondylar fractures, with a distant meaning in clinical treatment. |
