中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的研究

目的：探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗方法。方法：选取2010年5月～2012年8月我院收治的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者，将其随机分成观察组与对照组，各30例，其中对照组采用干扰素治疗，观察组则在此基础上给予中药配伍治疗，随证加减。治疗15d后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为93．3％，对照组总有效率为76．7％。两组总的疗效比较观察组明显优于对照组（U=2．09，P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效明显，值得推广。

Research on treating PHN in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore a therapy for postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods： 60 patients of PHN collected in this hospital from May 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with interferon and the observation group was treated in TCM as well as interferon. The curative effects in both groups were compared 15 days after the treatment. Results： In the observation group, the total effective rate was 93.3%. In the contrast group, the total effective rate was 76.7%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （U=2.09, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Good curative effects can be got through the combined use of the integ rativemedicine in treating PHN and this therapy deserves to be widely used.
