自拟参芪减毒汤力口减对恶性月中瘤化疗毒副作用的影响

目的：观察参芪减毒汤加味对肿瘤患者化疗毒副作用的影响。方法：将60例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例予化疗前1周至化疗后lOd服用参芪减毒汤加味，对照组30例单纯用化疗药物。结果：两组患者均出现恶心呕吐、腹泻、乏力、口腔溃疡、骨髓抑制等症状，其中治疗组患者呕吐、乏力、腹泻、骨髓抑制程度比对照组为轻（P〈0．05）：而口腔渍疡程度则无显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论：参芪减毒汤加味对预防化疗毒副反应具有明显疗效。

Effect of the self-made Shenqi Jiandu decoction on preventing the side effects of chemotherapy treatment in malignant tumor patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenqi Jiandu decoction in treating the side effect of cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods： 60 cases of patients in cancer chemotherapy were divided into two groups, 30 case in each group. The treatment group was given modified Shenqi Jiandu decoction from a week before and 10 days after the chemotherapy treatment, while the control group was given only chemotherapy treatment. Results： All the patients in both groups appeared nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, debility, dental ulcer and myelosuppression symptoms. The nausea and vomiting, debility, diarrhea and myelosuppression symptoms of the treatment group were better （P〈O.05）, while there was no significant difference in dental ulcer （P〈O.05）. Conclusion： The Shenqi Jiandu decoction had significant effect in preventing the side effect of chemotherapy treatment.
