摘 要: | 目的:测定广藿香中的广藿香油在沸水后下煎药法中煎出的量及其变化规律。方法:采用气相色谱法(GC),色谱柱为DB一225(0.25mm×30m,0.25μm),程序升温法,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),载气氮气气压为5kPa,氢气压力为6.5kPa,空气压力5kPa;进样口温度为280℃。检测器温度为280℃。结果:广藿香油的回归方程为:y=8050.30x-251.09,r=0.9994;线性范围为0.50~2.50μL。结论:广藿香在沸水后下煎药法中,其广藿香油在汤药中的含量在0rain达高峰。

Detection of the content of patchouli oil in Herb cablin patchouli at different decoction time by the GC method |

Abstract: | Objective: To measure the content of patchouli oil in Herb cablin patchouli, and detect its regularity of variation with decoction time. Methods: GC method was used. The column was DB-225 (0.25mm~30m, 0.25μm). Temperature programming was used. The detector was FID. Atmospheric pressure of nitrogen carrier gas 5kPa, hydrogen pressure: 6.5kPa, air pressure: 5kPa; the injector temperature was 280℃ and the detector temperature was 280℃. Results: The regression equation of camphor was y=8050.30x=251.09, r=0.9994. The linear range was 0.50~2.50μL. Conclusion: The content of patchouli oil in decoction reach the peak at 0 min after Herb cablin patchouli was added in boiling water. |
