天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝上亢型高血压病疗效观察

目的：观察天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病（EH）的疗效。方法：本研究采用随机、对照的试验设计方法，将56例EH患者随机分为两组：天麻钩藤汤联合西医降压药物组（简称治疗组）29例，单纯西药治疗对照组（简称对照组）27例。治疗组口服天麻钩藤汤加减1剂／次，2次／d，联合西医降血压药物：对照组仅口服西药治疗。疗程为1个月。所以患者于治疗前后观察两组的症状积分值、血压值。结果：①降压疗效：治疗组对收缩压疗效优于对照组，组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；两组对舒张压的影响无显著性差异。②症状积分疗效：治疗组症状积分降低优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组，两者比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：①天麻钩藤汤加减联合西医降压药物较单用西医降压药物对肝阳上亢证EH患者有更好的降压疗效。②天麻钩藤汤加减联合西医降压药物较单用西医降压药物可有效地改善临床症状。

Efficacy observation on treating EH with modified Tianma Gouteng decoction

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating hypertension of hyperactivity of liver-YANG type. Methods： 56 EH patients were randomly divided into two groups, 29 in the treated group and 27 in the control group. The control group was given western medicine, and the treated group was given Tianma Gouteng decoction more. After a month treatment, the syndrome scores and pressure value of all the patients were detected. Results： The treated group had better effect in contractive pressure, with significant differences （P〈0.05）; while no significant differences were detected between the diastolic pressures of the two groups. The treated group had better effect in reducing syndrome scores （P〈0.05） and better efficacy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with western medicines had notable effect in EH. It was effective in improving syndromes.
