木香顺气丸对妇产科手术后腹胀及胃肠功能恢复的临床观察

目的：探讨木香顺气丸对妇产科手术后腹胀及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：对妇产科手术后24h腹胀严重者予服木香顺气丸，并设对照组、治疗组，对肛门排气时间和术后10～72h内胃肠反应及排便情况进行比较。结果：观察组术后肛门排气及排便时间短于对照组；恶心呕吐、腹胀等症状的改善况情况亦明显优于对照组。结论：木香顺气丸有促进肛门排气排便，减少胃肠反应并发症，促进术后康复，值得临床推广应用

Clinical observation on treating post-operation abdominal distension and functional recovery of stomach and intestine with the Muxiang Shunqi pellet

Objective： To investigate the effect of the Muxiang Shunqi pellet on post-operation abdominal distension and functional recovery of stomach and intestine. Methods： Those with severe abdominal distension 24 hours after obstetric operation were given Muxiang Shunqi pellet. The gas passage time by anus, response of stomach and intestine and defecation within 10～72h after the operation were compared with the control group. Results： The treated group had short gas passage time, and nausea and vomiting and abdominal distension conditions improved better. Conclusion： Muxiang Shunqi pellet had the effect of promoting gas passage and reducing complication in stomach and intestine, worth a wide clinical application.
