清身降糖颗粒对糖耐量减低患者30例临床观察

观察清身降糖颗粒和二甲双胍在对IGT患者临床症状、血糖、胰岛素水平、不良反应及糖尿病转化率等方面的差异。方法：将60例IGT患者随机分成清身降糖颗粒组30例和二甲双胍组30例。所有受试者在观察开始前均接受关于IGT方面的知识教育，并普及行为干预知识如合理饮食、运动疗法、心理疗法，观察时间为6个月。结果：①两组均能明显改善IGT患者临床症状、血糖、胰岛素水平（p=0．05）；②清身降糖颗粒组在改善2hPG和临床症状方面明显优于二甲双胍组（P=0．05）；③清身降糖颗粒组无明显副作用；④清身降糖颗粒组转为正常糖耐量者9例，仍为IGT者21例：二甲双胍组转为正常糖耐量者8例，仍为IGT者20例，转为糖尿病者2例；两组比较没有统计学意义；⑤治疗过程中除二甲双胍引起的副作用外，两组患者无其他不良反应的发生。结论：清身降糖颗粒在改善IGT患者的2llPG和临床症状方面明显优于单独服用二甲双胍，且无二甲双胍的副作用。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of IGT with Qingshen Jiangtang granula

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Qingshen Jiangtang granula and Metfonnin in IGT. Methods： 60 patients of IGT were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. One group was treated with Qingshen Jiangtang granula and the other with Metformin. Results： The clinical symptoms, contents of blood sugar and insuline were improved in both groups （P〈0.05）. The Qingshen Jiangtang granula group had better effect in 2hPG and clinical symptoms （P〈0.05）, with no obvious side effects. 9 cases in the Qingshen Jiangtang granula group turned into normal, another 21 cases were still IGT, while in the Metformin group 8 cases turned into normal, 20 cases remained IGT and 2 cases turned into diabetes, with no significant differences between them. No side effects were detected besides that caused by Metformin. Conclusion： Qingshen Jiangtang granula had better effect than Metformin, with no side effects.
