| 摘 要： | 目的：观察百合固金汤超声雾化吸入治疗对肺肾阴虚型肺胀临床疗效的影响。方法：观察组将百合固金汤采用雾化吸入法治疗肺肾阴虚型肺胀，并设对照组观察对比疗效结果。结果：观察组总有效率92．5％，对照组总有效率60．51％，两组比较差异有显著意义（P〈O．05）。结论：百合固金汤超声雾化吸入能有效地改善肺肾阴虚型肺胀患者的临床症状和体征。

Clinical efficacy of the Baihe Gujin decoction by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in treating emphysema of the lung and kidney YIN-deficiency type |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofBaihe Gujin decoction by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation on emphysema of the lung and kidney Y1N-deficiency type. Methods： The treated group was given Bathe Gujin decoction by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, comparing with the efficacy in the control group. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 92.5%, significantly higher than that in the control group 60.51% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Baihe Gujin decoction by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs in emphysema of the lung and kidney YIN-deficiency type. |
