中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的现况调查

目的：了解临床中医骨科医生采用中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的现状。方法：按照分层整群随机抽样的原则，采用填写问卷的方法对江西省300名中医院骨科医生进行现况调查。结果：在收到的284名现况调查的有效的问卷中，有56．06％的中医骨科医生选用中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症：被调查医生的职称、年龄、学历及其所在医院的等级与采用中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的认可度成正比。结论：中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可被临床医生接受并使用，可考虑向基层医院推广。

Inventory survey on treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in TCM manuduction

Objective： To investigate the inventory survey of treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion with TCM manuduction. Methods： According to the taxonomic random sampling principle, 300 orthopedists in TCM hospital in Jiangxi province were taken cross-sectional investigation by questionnaire. Results： 284 valid questionnaires were received. Among these orthopedists, 56.06% chose TCM manuduction to treat lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. And the professional title, age, educational background of the orthopedists and the hospital level they work in were proportional to the approbate degree of treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion with TCM manuduction. Conclusion： TCM manuduction could be accept and use by orthopedists in treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion, worth a wide clinical application in primary hospital.
