APACHEII评分和中医辨证与ICU早期死亡患者病，睛的关系研究

目的：研究APACHEII评分和中医辨证与ICU早期死亡患者病情的关系。方法：选取48例收入我院ICU后在48小时内死亡的患者进行APACHEII评分和中医辨证，观察其两者与患者的病情关系。结果：48例患者中，APACHEII评分由25分至34分，在中医辨证中，以元气衰败和亡阴证多见。结论：使用APACHEII评分和中医辨证对ICU患者进行评估，能够较准确评估其预后，并对治疗进行指导。

Relationship research on APACHEII scores and differentiation of TCM symptoms and signs with ICU inchoate death

Objective： To investigate the relationship between APACHEII scores and differentiation of TCM symptoms and signs and ICU inchoate death. Methods： 48 patients died during 48 hours in ICU were evaluated APACHEII scores and differentiation of TCM symptoms and signs. The relationship between them and the patients were investigated. Results： In all the 48 patients, the APACHEII scores were during 25 and 34, and weakness of Yuanqi and yin exhaustion were common in the TCM symptoms. Conclusion： APACHEII scores and differentiation of TCM symptoms and signs was effective in evaluation, exact in evaluate prognosis and effective in instruction of treatment.
