益气活血法在肛肠疾病围手术期的临床应用

目的：分析益气活血法应用于肛肠疾病围手术期，对术后恢复的影响，探讨其作为常规治疗在肛肠病围手术期的应用价值。方法：选取研究对象60例，随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组：术后康复外科常规处理。禁食6h，抗感染处理及坐浴治疗；治疗组：在对照组的基础上，从术后6h至术后第7d给予益气活血中药方剂。观察治疗l周后两组患者的术后排气排便时间、术后肛缘疼痛指数与手术前后炎性蛋白（CI冲）值，并进行比较分析。结果：两组患者术后首次排气时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗组患者术后首次排便时间显著早于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：治疗组术后肛缘疼痛明显轻于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；治疗组术后CRP值明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：益气活血法应用于肛肠疾病围手术期，可以缓解术后主要临床症状如疼痛、排便困难、术口水肿，并可促进患者术后恢复。

Clinical application of the Yiqi Huoxue method in treating anus and intestines diseases

Objective： To analyze the postoperative recovery effect ofYiqi Huoxue method on treating anus and intestines diseases and investigate its application value in the perioperative period of anus and intestines diseases. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the treated group was given Chinese medicinal formulae with Yiqi Huoxue effect. Results： No significant differences were detected in the first venting time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Pains of the anus edge in the treated group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. CRP values in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue method can relieve the main clinical symptoms in the perioperative period, including pains, difficult defecation, oedema and improve postoperative recovery.
