三补三泻针刺法结合康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的疗效评价研究

目的：探究三补三泻针刺法结合康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法：对收录的218例脑卒中后肢体痉挛患者随机分为两组，并采取常规的康复训练治疗，另外，观察组109例患者采取三补三泻针刺法治疗，而对照组109例采取传统的针刺疗法进行治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为97．2％，对照组治疗总有效率为87．2％，两组的治疗效果比较具有明显的差异（P〈O．05），统计学有意义。结论：对于脑卒中后肢体痉挛患者采取三补三泻针刺法结合康复训练治疗具有较好的临床疗效，值得临床应用与推广。

Efficacy research on treating limb spasm with three complement three diarrhea needling combined with rehabilitation training therapy

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of three complement three diarrhea acupuncture method combined with rehabilitation training therapy in the treatment of limb spasm after stroke. Methods： 218 patients of limb spasm after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, and were given conventional rehabilitation training treatment. In addition, the observation group 109 patients were given three complement three purging acupuncture treatment and the control group was given traditional acupuncture treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.2%, and that in the control group was 87.2%, with obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The three complement three diarrhea acupuncture method combined with rehabilitation training therapy was effective in treating limb spasm after stroke, worth a wide application and promotion.
