| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜在顽固性鼻出血诊治中的应用价值。方法 对17例顽固性鼻出血患者，经鼻内窥镜寻找出血点并予止血。结果 在鼻内窥镜直视下对发现的出血点予双极电凝止血治疗，6例患者同时行局部小范围区域性填塞。患者均获得满意的止血效果，无不良并发症。结论 鼻内窥镜下诊治顽固性鼻出血方法简单、有效、患者痛苦小，无并发症，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the value of nalue of nasal endoscopy used in management of refractory epistaxis. Methods: Seventeen patients suffering from refractory epistaxis were selected to undergo nasal endoscopy. Results: Bleeding vessels were identified and controlled by bipolar electrocoagulation under endoscopxic vision. Six patients also required local small packing at the end of coagulation procedure. The intervention was successful with no complications in all cases. Conclusions: This method has the advantages of simplicity, safety, and effectiveness for the refractory epistaxis. |
